Questions before you commit
What counts as a member?
Your total enrolled users, reviewed once a year. You only move up a band when your community genuinely grows.
Where does our data live, and what if we leave?
Your ecosystem is private to your community, never shared externally, and yours to export. Nothing is used to train shared models.
How is member data protected?
Consent-based by design and scoped to your workspace. Members opt in, and no introduction reaches anyone without their consent.
Can we start small and grow?
Yes. Begin at your current size, or with The Orbit, and move up only as your community grows.
Do we have to leave the tools we already use?
No. Universe sits on top of the community you already run, WhatsApp, Slack, Mighty Networks, Circle, or whatever you use, and extends it. Your members never move.
How much work is this for our team?
None to run. We onboard your people once, first connections go live within two weeks, and everything after that happens automatically, with zero operational load on your team.
