Running an event?
Bring your participants into a private Universe space and give them a full month of access, free. No card, no set-up fee.
What it gives your event
- People arrive already knowing who they should meet
- The room keeps talking after the closing session, instead of going quiet
- Speakers and sponsors are matched to the people they came for
- You see what your participants were actually looking for
- Every introduction is consent-based, so nobody is put on a list
How they get in
- Send one link, or hand us your attendee list
- We autopopulate profiles; participants confirm in about two minutes
- Nothing to install, and nobody changes platform
- The space is live before doors open
Free
One month · your whole event
Closes 30 September 2026
And after the month. Keep the space running on a monthly subscription, or move to the revenue share model if what you have built is going to earn. You decide once you have seen what happened in the room.
The Honest Comparison
How to make this decision
| By memory | Generic platform | Build in-house | Hire a connector | Universe | |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| What it actually is | You, a spreadsheet, and the introductions you happen to remember | Circle, Mighty, Slack, a directory and a search box | Your own team wiring an LLM onto your member data | A community manager or matchmaker making intros by hand | An engine that knows every member and connects them on its own |
| Time to first result | Immediate, and it stops the day you get busy | Weeks to migrate, then it waits for members to search | Six to twelve months before anything is usable | A month to hire, three more to learn your people | First connections live within 2 days |
| Ongoing load on you | All of it. It is your attention, every week | You still have to run every introduction yourself | A permanent engineering commitment, not a project | You now manage a person as well as a community | None to run |
| Cost, year one | Free, until members leave quietly | Low, and it does a different job | Engineering salaries and infrastructure | A full salary, plus your time managing it | $4,500 to $12,500, depending on scale |
| The honest verdict | Right until it isn’t | Mediocre outcome, mediocre return | Real cost, uncertain outcome | Good outcome, poor ROI | The outcome, at a fraction of the cost |
The Assemblage
An invitation-only layer that lets trusted networks reach each other without dissolving the privacy of either. It sits on top of any plan.
- Cross-network discovery of opportunities
- Double-blind, consent-gated introductions
- Digital passport for additional data security
Good to Know
Questions before you commit
What is in the 14-day trial?
Full access to Community Brain, on your real community data, for fourteen days. No card, no call required first. If it is not obviously useful by day fourteen, nothing happens.
What is the difference between the Brain and the Engine?
Community Brain is for you. It holds everything you know about your members and hands it back when you need it, and your members never sign in. The Synchronicity Engine turns that outward: it connects your members to each other, on its own, without you in the middle.
Why is there a set-up fee on the Engine and not the Brain?
Because the Engine involves your members. Set-up covers member rollout, importing and enriching your existing data, and a live launch we run with you. The Brain you can switch on yourself this afternoon.
What counts as a member?
Your total enrolled users, reviewed once a year. You only move up a band when your community genuinely grows.
How does the Flagship revenue share work?
Above a thousand members, a licence fee stops being the right instrument. We agree a share of what the platform helps your community earn, so our incentive and yours point the same way. It starts with a conversation, not a quote.
Where does our data live, and what if we leave?
Your ecosystem is private to your community, never shared externally, and yours to export. Nothing is used to train shared models.
How is member data protected?
Consent-based by design and scoped to your workspace. Members opt in, and no introduction reaches anyone without their consent.
Can we start small and grow?
Yes. Start on Community Brain, move to the Engine when your members are ready for it, and move up only as the community grows.
Do we have to leave the tools we already use?
No. Universe sits on top of the community you already run, WhatsApp, Slack, Mighty Networks, Circle, or whatever you use, and extends it. Your members never move.
How much work is this for our team?
None to run. We onboard your people once, first connections go live within two weeks, and everything after that happens automatically, with zero operational load on your team.
